To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

觀塘好多隱世美食小店，今次朋友介紹下試下米線先。。。下午茶過去人流唔算好多，不過keep住有人入嚟食野，又有人叫外賣，但員工就只得一個，個姐姐都幾忙。餐牌米線選擇好多，不同價錢，又有小食串燒。魚腐野菌湯米線🍜魚腐有4大粒，睇落每粒脹卜卜，其實入耍係空心有小小魚肉釀係入面，好特別！唔會太油，我都係第一次食。不過個野菌湯完全無菇味，清湯無異，米線好滑唔會一Patpat嘅。腩肉酸辣湯個酸辣湯好有驚喜！酸係有嘅，個辣係麻辣，味道濃而且係剛好，好食！入面仲有好多酸菜，啲酸菜唔會食到一舊舊硬有根嘅菜，整得好好食！食完個米線飲左個湯底，之後唔會覺得好口渴，亦唔會好咸。不過就係無乜服務，食完個米線就走啦😂呀！記得可以加飲品，佢杯凍飲好大杯！你地睇下比起可樂更加大杯咖，抵飲！
