To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

米線有點硬

新開沒多久，吃過外賣，也堂食過幾次 。外賣頭一次米線很硬 需要在家煮多一次，後面是有改善的。堂食的話次次不同，有時米線剛剛好，有時又有點硬 ，好像煮好放著涼過 ，要用再丟進碗直接出餐一樣 ，有些麵還黏在一起，麵體也不夠熱，希望能有改善。出餐速度普普通通 算不上快，尤其是人不多時來說，真的不快，餐出來 服務生很晚才發現。服務態度 很看員工 裡面年長的比年輕的禮貌多一些，但整天不差。有個年輕的面對客人買單 還停著先傳完手機訊息，才慢慢要幫客人結帳。
