To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

慕名而來，係因為聽講呢間嘢係咪芝蓮小店，咁樣既然係平民小食店，又米芝蓮咁冇理由唔嚟幫襯下。既然賣地道小食，咁樣我冇理由唔叫啲腸粉試下。我唔係好記得買咗幾多錢，我淨係同佢講要七條腸粉， 因為 "seven" 係我嘅lucky number。嗰啲醬料，即係平常嘅麻醬、甜醬、豉油嗰啲係可以自己落，當然叫職員落都得，但總係親手落會啱自己口味。食個腸粉嘅人都知，落曬醬料嘅腸粉就一定好味，不過其實最重要係腸粉嘅質地，我就知一定唔係 "布拉" 㗎啦， 不過食啲腸粉真係質地都幾硬下，完全唔係想像中嘅米芝蓮級數。真失望。
