天龍燒鵝是一家米芝蓮二星中餐廳燒味部主廚創業的餐廳,我特別推薦他們的乳豬併燒鵝,皮脆香口肉軟多汁,讓人一試難忘。除此之外,他們的蓮藕豬骨湯很有家的味道,喝起來份外親切。前菜的酸辣小黃瓜和蠔油菜心,酸甜爽口的小黃瓜和菜心讓人超開胃。而蜜汁叉燒我選了小肥,鮮嫩脂肪配上香甜的蜜汁,口感很有層次。配上清新怡人的港式凍檸茶解熱消膩。餐廳堅持全日不停燒製乳豬和燒鵝,真心欣賞他們對於食物製作的堅持和對於烹飪技術的熱愛。
