有時獲冠以2星的光環,也未必是好事,主要原因係客人會用較高的expectation來幫襯,間接令客人失望的機會率大大提升。明閣好明顯俾米芝蓮抬高了,食物水準不穩定,service有好又有不好,是令PJ失望的2星餐廳。這裡的環境非常優雅華麗,環境這一項是攞滿分的。可惜的是receptionist真的令人有些少掃興,她並不是沒有禮貌,只是沒有高級酒店員工應有的禮儀吧了。另外要讚這裡的醬芥,XO醬的瑤柱味超香,素食麵筋醬味道濃郁,連醬芥都有細心為素食者準備,抵讚。片皮鴨(半隻)索價$408,如果好食咪唔貴lor;好可惜...真係一啲都唔好食。皮一啲都唔脆,肉不嫩但也不致於鞋口。薄餅好型咁用蒸爐保温,一開蓋其實都係好快凍哂。薄餅不夠濕潤,無麵粉香,是十分普通的貨式。吃罷好掛住沙田18。片皮鴨是兩食的,我們選了生菜炒鴨崧。鴨崧加了松子,口感不錯,非常濃味。無特別好又無特別唔好,即係都係好普通。生菜好矝貴,每人分得一塊,剩下好多鴨崧要空口吃。終於輪到好評,明閣八小碟好好食,8樣小食中,首推叉燒,又腍又香,鹵水豬脚仔亦十分出色。冰鎮白靈菇口感又滑又爽,幾得意;黑椒牛脷大家都喜歡,牛脷煮到好腍。較失色

終於輪到好評,明閣八小碟好好食,8樣小食中,首推叉燒,又腍又香,鹵水豬脚仔亦十分出色。冰鎮白靈菇口感又滑又爽,幾得意;黑椒牛脷大家都喜歡,牛脷煮到好腍。較失色的是青瓜,青瓜皮好老好鞋。

得獎菜"龍皇披金甲"的蝦膠魚肉獲一致好評,蝦膠的鮮跟魚肉的滑十分匹配。美中不足係啲蝦頭處理得不好。爸爸跟老闆級的人來吃飯時,這炸蝦頭明明炸得非常脆,能整隻像在吃薯片般吃完,但是晚的處理得很差,炸得不透,阿P話食此蝦頭好危險,個口隨時會損,吃不下嚥。

鳳舞香羅即係普羅大眾的雞煲,上枱時香噴噴熱辣辣,急不及待將一件雞放入口,oops...就連脾肉都一點也不滑,胸位就更強差人意了。食到呢度,飯痴阿P當然要叫番碗白飯啦,落單後等了8分鐘都無飯食,於是便叫侍應跟進,再等多5分鐘,都係無,於是再叫另一位侍應跟進。多等2分鐘,阿P終於等到佢碗白飯,前後總共等了15分鐘,所有餸都嚟齊哂兼凍埋.......2星米芝蓮...

以下這味餸的主角分別有兩位:南瓜及和牛。和牛不錯,有肉味又夠嫩滑。南瓜有啲嚇親,質地爽口如甘筍,無嚟味道因為煮得太生,根本未煮入味,和我expect的又甜又軟熟的南瓜有好大的出入。

食物價錢貴,如非得獎菜,味道好普通。大部份waiter服務都好,少部份太高傲,有點懶巴閉。爸爸係埋單的時候,經理好似知道我地有啲意見,於是便誠懇地問有什麽意見可以給他們,奈何非三言兩語可盡訴,只希望明閣可穩定水準。爸爸是member,他吃過很高水準的明閣,所以他今晚挺失望的,尤其是個蝦頭!!!

都是米芝蓮惹的禍......
