第200篇了~今次為食小妹跟住米芝蓮指南搵食,試下SOHO區嘅摩洛哥菜🏺餐廳五彩繽紛、鮮艷色調的裝飾,配上摩洛哥的音樂充滿異國情調。坐低先送上青橄欖開開胃~呢個氣氛之下當然要點杯House wine cheers一下🥂Roasted fresh fig salad 無花果原產中東,用返傳統做法~同平時既沙律唔同既係用蜜糖拌汁所以會偏甜,略為遮左羊奶既味道,不過口感依然濃滑~Hommos with Chicken 鷹嘴豆泥口感似薯蓉,有淡淡的香料味,味道唔重,加埋雞肉放上香烤麵包上吃,別具風味。主菜點了Lamb Tagine,Seabass Tagine 。雖然同樣用Tagine陶鍋,但入面既配搭都唔一樣~陶鍋既特性係鎖住水份,以無水炊既方法烹煮。Lamb Tagine下面放滿鮮嫩既羊肉,帶點羊騷的餘韻,炆得淋透,上面鋪上薯仔、紅蘿蔔 、青橄欖,最特別係有杏脯、梅乾。色彩鮮艷之餘,肉跟蔬果既營養比例亦取得平衡。Seabass Tagine 海鱸魚肥美,同樣因為陶鍋既特性魚肉更嫩滑,味道口感有點像銀鱈魚,魚油香滑~配埋古斯米couscous,形狀似小米,係以蒸煮既粗麥粉~加埋Tagine既
