To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

既然稱得上米芝蓮推介，應該唔會浪得虛名😏小🐷同小仙子帶住期待既心情出發。麥記位置係堡壘街，路邊有個檔口所以明明到左都見唔到🙈不過見到人龍就知去岩🤣去到好好彩唔使等，叫左酸辣湯，生煎鍋貼同生煎包🤤為左食到最佳狀態，小🐷同小仙子決定即場食🤓真係好有”風”味架😅先試酸辣湯酸辣適中，唔會好辣，而且好足料👍🏻而生煎包，包底煎到好脆，有少少肉汁，餡料充足😋 最後試生煎鍋貼，有驚喜🤩鍋貼底比生煎包煎得更脆，厚度適中，咬落去淡淡肉餡，好juicy🤤生煎鍋貼最出色👍🏻因為我哋lunch 去試唔到佢既蔥油餅，下次一定要試下先。食食下又有人龍，如果咁岩賣哂生煎鍋貼/生煎包，就要等佢再煎(7-10分鐘左右)👈🏻雖然成日都有條人龍，不過都值得等😋
