To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

途經北角堡壘街必然要掃街，買完煎釀三寶便過隔鄰買上海美點。看見舖面貼著的餐牌，發覺除了上海點心如鍋貼、生煎飽、葱油餅、小籠飽、蒸餃、雲吞、水餃和紅油抄手外，還有風味小食如魚蛋燒賣等等。如果要要飽肚一些，更可點麵食如担担麵和雲吞麵等。愛吃辣的可選酸辣湯系列，各適其適。但這店坐位有限，很多食客只是站在門外吃，環境不算太理想。本想買鍋貼和生煎飽，但可惜生煎飽已售完，新一鍋又未出爐，所以今天只可試試生煎鍋貼吧！這裡的煎鍋貼似乎比較細隻，可以一口一隻，但摺紋亦不少而且均勻。鍋貼皮好煙韌又不痴牙，餡料豐富，味道適中，不會太鹹又不會淡。聽到其他食客説這店的食物以前便宜很多，自從拿了米芝蓮後便漲價了。唉！似乎又是車胎累事了！個人認為我今天買的生煎鍋貼雖然帶著米芝蓮的光環，但其實也不外如是！
