To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

坤記剛開業時食過一次，叫了事頭婆推介雲呑麵，當時麵到時想試下個湯，覺得味道清淡（無味），唔會燙傷咀（唔熱），再試試D麵，彈牙無份，諗住可能新開張，所以準備不足，但亦因冇乜好感，所以冇再幫親。早幾日想食過下午茶，又想食水餃麵，結果再試坤記，看看其真正實力⋯⋯叫了個牛根水餃麵同五花茶，五花茶先到，好濃好香好足料，收6蚊，平過亦好過涼茶鋪，超值。五分鐘後，個牛腩水餃麺到，點解唔係牛根？睇下餐牌，好似冇話有牛根，但點解寫單阿姐唔出聲？是但啦，先試湯，夠熱，可能有腩汁關係，好淸甜，同D麵好爽，麺比第一次食好好多，差不多有劉森記水準。牛腩都算OK，唔會死實或燘到好似D洗碗布咁，juicy，幾好。水餃就有大把進步空間，一冇味，二水餃尾應該好大力咁㩒實，冇D好鬆軟D感覺，亦可能雪得太耐，同件死屍一樣，硬晒。有機會我會再去要杯五花茶，再搭小巴去深水埗食牛根水餃麵

叫了個牛根水餃麵同五花茶，五花茶先到，好濃好香好足料，收6蚊，平過亦好過涼茶鋪，超值。五分鐘後，個牛腩水餃麺到，點解唔係牛根？睇下餐牌，好似冇話有牛根，但點解寫單阿姐唔出聲？
