紅咖喱帶子味道香濃,椰汁味好重,甜甜地,配埋超大粒好爽口嘅帶子,味道一流❤️。

2️⃣薑絲烤椰子佐檳榔葉💚
呢個同一開始道amuse bouche味道非常類似,只係將菠蘿轉咗做檳榔葉。

第一眼見到心諗條魚去咗邊,點知原來係成條炸魚🤩配上咗大量香料、蒜、九層塔、豆瓣醬同埋一啲甜甜稠稠有啲似麥芽糖嘅醬,有啲黐口得嚟又香脆,有少少似松子魚同埋糖醋排骨嘅混合體,送飯一流❣️!

4️⃣瑪沙蔓咖哩咖喱雞配甘薯🥘
挑選左呢一款印度瑪沙蔓咖哩,味道唔辣反而甜,亦好creamy🥰特別欣賞佢用上蕃薯而非常見嘅蘿蔔,令到個咖喱份外鮮甜,而且煮得非常軟熟🍠當然雞肉亦都非常嫩,仲有雞髀🍗超正!
味道: 4.4/5

另外,所有主菜都會配白飯🍚及烤鴨堆取椰蓉湯🍲。白飯係普通泰國香米冇乜特別,但可以無限添加!另外個湯有鴨肉、大量嘅冬菇同埋麻油煮成,有種好補,中藥嘅感覺。

甜品
5️⃣芒果糯米飯💛
簡單嘅甜品最睇得出廚師功架🤩呢個芒果糯米飯真係超高質,芒果香甜得好誇張,另外糯米飯好咁煮得剛好🤤唔會黐牙但又保留到糯米飯嘅煙韌,而且仲巧妙地運用鹹鹹地嘅椰汁,平衡翻香港嘅甜,好好食😋😋😋!

整體性價比: 4.5/5 (restaurant week)

整體來講,成間泰國菜調味偏甜但的確好好味😋有室內又有Terrance嘅位置,環境舒服,服務態度又好,絕對係超值米芝蓮餐廳🌟一定要趁而家咁平去試!
