食過佐敦分店覺得一般,今次路過俾多次機會啦。鴨對我黎講從來都唔係賣點,事實上食到濃郁鴨味會令我感到不快,但呢碗火鴨翅($29) 我食到一滴都冇剩。 帶奶白色既外貌絕對唔係落多左芡,而係火鴨殼熬出既精華,鐘意鴨既朋友唔洗流口水,因為佢係近乎豬骨既肉香,成碗都好鮮甜。除左常見既木耳,我幾鐘意佢落左素翅,火鴨絲多得黎搣得好幼、幾香,又係食唔到鴨味,好滿意。 唔明白點解個個都話係碗仔翅,其實個肉鮮味同生抽老抽溝出黎係兩件事。翅滾火鴨脾 ($30)下脾啖啖肉好嫩滑,鴨皮到燒過既香味得黎唔會韌到好似樹皮咁,恰到好處。黑白炸丸 ($16)幾有驚喜,全部即炸有少少脆皮,亦唔係凍肉鋪貨色。 黑椒牛丸、墨魚丸同豬肉丸都彈牙多汁, Again,我唔鐘意貢丸,但呢度唔會有肉臭味,每粒食完都講左句「嗯~好味~」街頭小食其實好少有堂食,食完亦都冇口渴,順路可以再食~
