屹立灣仔七十年嘅強記,2016年開始就已經成為米芝連嘅小食推介,其中招牌臘味糯米飯更係即叫即炒,用熱爐蒸住糯米保持住溫度同軟身,一收到柯打即刻加鼓油同熟油炒香糯米飯,啖啖甘香。糯米飯入面有切片嘅臘腸潤腸同臘肉,臘味香味滲透糯米飯之中,唔夠喉嘅加多十蚊仲可以要多條臘腸或者潤腸添。我認為不可或缺係灑上葱粒,食入口先香上加香。一碗飯未必夠飽,叫多碟香煎蝦米腸粉或者喳咋/腐竹就岩岩好。宜家好似好少係街頭搵到煎腸粉食,仲要又係即叫即煎煎到金黃色同少少硬焦係表面。配上蝦米葱粒嘅香同埋鼓油麻醬嘅調味,簡直係搵翻以前去茶樓食煎腸粉嘅味道。.🍚臘味糯米飯 $39🍽香煎蝦米腸粉 $22.📍強記美食灣仔駱克道382號地舖
