To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直好想式呢間米芝連嘅餐廳，Lunch time 就行過去，都幾滿座，去到要等5分鐘到，都就入得。中午有精選套餐。我叫咗個套餐，招牌雲吞麵，跟混醬腸粉。雲吞麵同一般雲吞麵店嘅唔太一樣，靠得住嘅雲吞麵嘅湯底唔係好似一般嘅咁帶鹹，佢感覺好似加左蝦子咁，湯底帶有鮮味。雲吞皮夠滑夠薄，蝦肉緊實彈牙，麵質偏細所以較軟身，但夠彈牙。腸粉就無咩特別，但勝在夠熱，混醬醬汁有啲太多，偏油。.招牌雲吞麵+混醬腸粉 $54.
