聽說這燒味店是由米芝蓮2星中餐廳燒味部主廚創業,餐廳全日不停燒製乳豬,燒鵝,相當好生意。見位置算近上班地方,放工後便跟朋友來一試究竟😆😆一人套餐好豐富,選了主菜後,還有油菜一碟、小食一碟,白飯一碗,老火湯一碗👍🏻 不過相對價錢較貴。原隻燒鵝比雙拼肥腩叉燒鵝皮脆肉嫩,肉質鮮美,油脂香濃。味道濃郁,還有燒烤香氣😃肥腩叉燒口感豐富,咀嚼時有著明顯的肉汁爆發感。而且有燒焦的邊,味道比較濃郁,入口後帶有淡淡的甜味,搭配米飯真是一流🍚
