隔咗一年之後再訪Cordis入面嘅明閣😆感覺上食物質素依然維持到👍🏻而且今次安排到獨立房間，所以整體體驗唔錯😇🌟花膠螺頭蜜瓜爵士湯滿滿都好足料，有花膠、蜜瓜、同雞腳，淡淡都超級濃，而且落咗蜜瓜感覺好清新🌱🌟至尊蜜汁叉燒一上枱就覺得個色澤唔錯👍🏻叉燒好腍，半肥瘦，唔算好膿🌟酥炸釀鮮蟹蓋🦀已經係第二次食，但係依然覺得好impressive😍雖然今年冇咗個蟹形既碟作為擺盤，但味道依然出色，外表炸到金黃，而且淡淡蟹肉，加埋少少洋蔥，口感好creamy必食‼️🌟芙蓉蟹皇蟹肉燴伊麵成個面都鋪滿左蟹肉羹，唔算好濃味但伊麵好掛汁，驚太飽又想有啲粉麵落肚就啱晒啦😆🌟流沙紫薯酥等得有啲耐，但十分推介😆但小心超級熱‼️炸到脆卜卜而且入面既紫薯醬呈流心同埋質地好綿😍🌟楊枝甘露有西米粒芒果粒🥭一啲都唔酸😛反而塊餅出奇地鬆化好食😆👍🏻
