To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 至疫情封關後北區嘅商場轉型大家都有目共睹,特別係食肆越開越多元化,合適番香港人嘅口味!粉嶺南華心就開咗兩間令區內人都甘於排隊👩🏻‍🤝‍👨🏼👭👩🏻‍🤝‍👨🏼👭入去食嘅🇰🇷韓國食店,小妹今次就幫襯咗其中一間—— MoMoKu。新鮮滾熱辣🍳韓式芝麻燒汁焗雞扒飯,🧀芝士仲係識拉絲架!個飯都係有🥚蛋嘅炒飯底,但比一般味道唔同嘅係佢加咗燒汁落哩個焗飯,加上冬冰冰食焗飯,真係零舍好食😋!🍊柚子蜜糖雞翼都同樣出色,好多地方嘅蜜糖雞翼都會加黑椒,但哩間店就用柚子蜜,食緊雞翼同時食緊柚子皮,味道新鮮唔膩!仲有好多唔同具韓國特色嘅美食選擇,影定個menu 📔比大家參考下啦!
