有朋友介紹粉嶺工廈內有一間隱世西餐廳,入面嘅鰻魚蛋包飯,非試不可。今晚就同老公去試一試。由於我倆都不熟路粉嶺,加上天黑了要摸黑搵路,過程十分驚險。到達餐廳門口時,終於鬆了一口氣,我們找到了!餐廳門口設計別出心裁, 特別又有趣。芝麻雞翼。雞翼炸到好香,醬汁又惹味。鰻魚蛋包飯。朋友特別推介嘅主菜,一定要試。坊間好多蛋包飯,蛋都過熟了。這餐廳嘅蛋包飯,蛋是半熟的,正合我口味,只有半熟蛋才可以有滑溜溜的口感。入面嘅飯是有味飯,並不是白飯,令這道主菜更惹味。醬燒豬肋骨。$76食一碟 ribs, 睇怕喺香港都好難搵。好抵食嘅一道菜。另外,配菜的炸薯角好好味。菠蘿梳打、雜果賓治。賣相好吸引,因為杯內的冰是會發光的。心太軟配豆腐雪糕。心太軟即叫即整,需時大概15至30分鐘。值得等!食完個甜品,感覺好完滿又幸福喔!💕
