To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聯和墟越式檬粉！呢間越式菜都幾有名氣，本身想試吓佢嘅炒金邊粉，可惜星期六冇咗平啲嘅午餐價錢，所以轉食湯檬粉，結果都唔錯喎。香茅豬頸肉湯檬$65- 湯底幾清甜，有少少香料嘅味道。白蘿蔔甜甜地、冇渣，唔錯。值得一讚嘅係香茅豬頸肉做得幾出色，首先份量有好多片，而且佢燒到肉邊焦脆，好香口。加上本身豬頸肉嘅油脂分布都多，口感爽口彈牙。食得出廚師有花時間去醃豬頸肉，香茅味唔重，反而重沙嗲花生味道，鍾意食豬頸肉嘅朋友一定要試吓！
