聯和墟越式檬粉!呢間越式菜都幾有名氣,本身想試吓佢嘅炒金邊粉,可惜星期六冇咗平啲嘅午餐價錢,所以轉食湯檬粉,結果都唔錯喎。香茅豬頸肉湯檬$65- 湯底幾清甜,有少少香料嘅味道。白蘿蔔甜甜地、冇渣,唔錯。值得一讚嘅係香茅豬頸肉做得幾出色,首先份量有好多片,而且佢燒到肉邊焦脆,好香口。加上本身豬頸肉嘅油脂分布都多,口感爽口彈牙。食得出廚師有花時間去醃豬頸肉,香茅味唔重,反而重沙嗲花生味道,鍾意食豬頸肉嘅朋友一定要試吓!
