To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城嘅德昌魚蛋一早經已街知巷聞， 每次經過都好想入去試一試， 又係下午茶嘅時間，終於下定決心走咗入去一轉！牛腩魚蛋粗麵 $40粗麵當然都冇乜嘢可以講喇，但係呢個粗麵呢比較彈牙，有口感！湯底喺深咖啡色，可見餚際時間較長，味道濃郁，當然都比較鹹。牛腩同牛筋 設得細嚿，兩者都比較硬身！可能因為雙拼，所以畀咗三粒魚蛋，當然四粒就比較好啲啦！自家製魚蛋都係爽口彈牙， 應該可以用嚟打乒乓！可能好耐冇食過魚蛋粉麵同時代脫節咗，又或者可能係加上知名度，個人覺得 40蚊一碗雙拼真係貴咗少少！

 粗麵當然都冇乜嘢可以講喇，但係呢個粗麵呢比較彈牙，有口感！
湯底喺深咖啡色，可見餚際時間較長，味道濃郁，當然都比較鹹。
