今次同客普通食飯,主要食咗啲普通菜式三色素鵝極之吸晴嘅前菜,用萵筍、木耳、甘筍做成嘅素鵝。成份同平常嘅一樣,但係賣相可以靚咁多🤩蒜泥雲片白肉比起平時嘅蒜泥白肉,多咗浸麻辣香味,一片片包著蒜蓉一齊食都幾重口味。八珍老薑一口黑豚肉咕嚕肉嘅變種,黑豚肉爽脆,甜醋酸味比咕嚕汁溫和。砂鍋XO醬蝦乾肉碎芥蘭生啫,一開已經香噴噴,XO醬好重手,唔夠可以加埋枱面個碟落去仲惹味鵝肝醬和牛炒飯呢個正到唔識形容。和牛粒入口即化,淡淡肝醬香加埋鼓油炒香啲飯再加木魚絲係面,令人衝動想食多幾碗。二鍋頭桂花蛋散多咗二鍋頭粗獷嘅酒香加上淡麗嘅桂花糖,估唔到會咁夾
