To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時晚市行過,見都幾多人係裏面,以為佢剩係食粥,原來都好多野食,有基本既炒粉麵,有小菜等舖內都頗為狹窄,約有5張卡位及幾張圓枱,能坐約30多人.隔離枱既阿叔問老細有咩正野食,原來佢每日都會有唔同既新鮮海鮮攞到返尼,會介紹比客人食.而menu上係唔會有既.入到尼緊係食粥啦,有超過十幾廿款既粥,最貴既蟹粥到普通既皮蛋肉粥不等.及第粥有豬心,豬肝,粉腸,豬潤,肉丸,非常足料,粥底夠綿,好夠甜.蠔餅好香脆,好多蠔肉,一D都唔腥,但略嫌太多油家鄉炒米好大碟,有蛋,魚片切絲,豬肉絲同葱,米粉炒得好爽口.蒜蓉蒸蝦放左好多蒜蓉係蝦面,但撈得太多鹽,太鹹;蝦夠新鮮爽口,粉絲吸收哂蝦的精華,但確實過鹹.下次可以外賣粥返屋企食

蠔餅
好香脆,好多蠔肉,一D都唔腥,但略嫌太多油

家鄉炒米
好大碟,有蛋,魚片切絲,豬肉絲同葱,米粉炒得好爽口.

蒜蓉蒸蝦
放左好多蒜蓉係蝦面,但撈得太多鹽,太鹹;蝦夠新鮮爽口,粉絲吸收哂蝦的精華,但確實過鹹.
