Restaurant: Hugo's

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

疫情下不能出外，祇可在香港遊走，慶幸的是香港這個獨特地方，全世界大部份的食品都能試到，今次的Hugo's 就是法國菜的表表者。餐廳在凱悅酒店L層，進門有個歐洲武士的打卡位，不錯，入內樓底高，氣氛高雅，入坐的檯設計獨特，lunch set由$4xx～$6xx，3 course，牛肉要預訂，頭盤我選了沙律，原來是一架大手推車，裡面有18種東西可選，超讚，主菜美國牛肉很美味，同伴的油封鴨腿也十分出色。甜品水果也是用手推車送來，有20種以上的選擇。餐廳有信用卡優惠，我覺得很超值。
