今晚同個好耐無見的朋友相約見面,愛食日本菜的佢揀咗呢間係銅鑼灣食Omakase 好出名的鮨川。餐廳環境舒適悠美,有較多吧台位,可以望住師傅製作美食。我地都揀咗雲呢個dinner set, 每位$1080,有12件壽司同多款料理。前菜三點,海膽生湯葉,即係日本的特產腐皮,質感嫩滑鮮甜,海膽入口即溶。鴨胸 芝士, 肉質鮮嫩,同燒一口芝士,入口濃味香甜。依次係左口魚壽司, 赤貝,眼忍內, 伊左目, 深海池魚, 錫目鯛, 北海道馬糞海膽, 牡丹蝦, 金目鯛, 喜之次, 拖羅, 左口魚邊壽司,十二款壽司各有鮮味,特別係拖羅壽司,雪花油脂分佈平均,入口香味散發。北海道赤肉密瓜,熟得剛剛好,多汁鮮甜,甜度高。
