To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇食點心喇，今次去到一間好精緻嘅點心店，集傳統同創新於一身，好好食又好有驚喜。 🍴龍餃子 $46呢個係佢嘅招牌拼盤點心一次過試到唔同口味每粒嘅配搭都好有創意😝款款都好靚筍尖蝦餃皇飽滿大粒蝦內餡好爽口皮非常煙韌蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃菠菜皮包住蝦肉餡上面嘅三文魚子好有鮮味酸菜魚鳳眼餃面頭有片魚內餡係辣嘅超特別黑松露野菌蒸餃好香黑松露味同菇味好夾菇菇有咬口 🍴脆脆富貴紅米腸粉 $46好味又好靚紅色嘅腸粉皮包住脆脆嘅炸蝦卷意想不到嘅組合但係好match配埋沙律醬真係好好食 🍴蘿蔔絲酥 $38是日MVP!!🌟🌟做得好好嘅傳統點心一圈圈嘅酥皮望落已經好靚個酥皮係酥脆到不得了！就算外賣都keep到咁酥💯入面蘿蔔蓉內餡調味啱啱好唔會好淡真正嘅外脆內軟綿 🍴笑口叉燒包 $32包包好軟熟內餡份量好足熱辣辣食正👍 🍴普通擔擔麵 $48估唔到係呢度嘅擔擔麵咁正宗好香花生醬味辣味啱啱好刺激到味蕾又唔會過辣麵係分開裝嘅口感好好又夠掛湯一啖接一啖停唔到口🤣 款款都好好食阿，傳統點心保留左舊時風味同質素，創新點心都做得好好，睇得出賣相味道口感都有下過心思配搭，絕對可以回訪👍。
