過咗海物價昂貴,以前向灣仔翻工成日呻食咩都貴,宜家向觀塘翻工都貴但伏多(伏既就唔講咁多)心理失衡,同朋友去中上環調節下😂呢間餐廳新開仲未好多人去,主打自家配製cocktail店舖裝潢感覺精緻有格調,我費時影響其他食客冇影相。因為2個都冇咩主見,所以叫個weekend Set menu+1個主食,cocktail set唔包另叫。先來前菜,熱辣香脆既餐飽,配牛油及橄欖油黑醋醫一醫肚。西蘭花湯以為係忌廉溝西蘭花蓉,飲落奶味唔出味道酸酸地,都幾有趣。蟹餅每人一塊,岩岩炸起食得出一絲絲蟹肉。一上菜我呆咗,以為個碟崩咗咁別緻😳原來係碟既特別設計令你產生錯覺。Cocktail叫咗一杯green snow同flourish flowers。有杯叫Tom Yum Kung雖然調味冇辣椒但個名太有創意唔敢試🙈Flourish flower尤如其名面層幼滑泡沫灑上玫瑰花乾,飲落充滿花香對女性來講頗易入口。green snow混咗奇異果但飲唔到果肉既鮮味,酸酸地幾醒胃,建議搗碎薄荷葉入落層次更豐富。主菜海鮮扁意粉,海鮮份量佔一半,意粉用橄欖油蒜蓉炒香,食落偏硬身,個人鍾意軟身口感。焗龍蝦底下有小薯粒,配上牛

最尾跟餐奉上蘋果批,蘇皮包住蘋果肉,外面曬上肉桂粉,稍稍覺得太甜。

整體體驗同食物質數好好,可能新開老闆會走過來問下我地意見睇下點樣改進,值得再試!
