係西環行過,見到呢間餐廳個門面好吸引,兩層落地大玻璃(膳亭係二樓,樓下係另一間食肆),吸引咗去望望個餐牌,又唔貴喎,就入黎試下餐廳新裝修,用白色、綠色色調,感覺和諧又坐得舒服一坐底會有功夫茶上枱,呢度個功夫茶唔算正宗,茶味唔係太濃潮州菜打冷有幾款菜式我特別鍾意:凍魚、魯水鵝、糊椒豬肚湯、春菜今次要咗個凍馬友,呢個凍魚應該醃製時間唔長,有點鹽既香味但肉質仲幾鮮嫩,加埋普寧豆醬食幾開胃,不過,如果比我㨂,我會寧願佢再醃長少少時間,等魚肉再實身少少,食起上黎會更有質感Anyway, 條魚係好食既,值80分以上仲要咗個碧綠川椒雞,川椒味真係無咩... 個雞炒得幾滑但唔夠香口,呢個菜一般啦兩個人晚餐,兩個菜加一碗白飯,$250,價錢算可以又比起去潮州打冷坐得舒服,條凍魚都算做得出色,總括黎講可推介

潮州菜打冷有幾款菜式我特別鍾意:凍魚、魯水鵝、糊椒豬肚湯、春菜
今次要咗個凍馬友,呢個凍魚應該醃製時間唔長,有點鹽既香味但肉質仲幾鮮嫩,加埋普寧豆醬食幾開胃,不過,如果比我㨂,我會寧願佢再醃長少少時間,等魚肉再實身少少,食起上黎會更有質感
Anyway, 條魚係好食既,值80分以上
