一向喜歡精緻而不膩的食物,西班牙的菜式最合要求和口味。今晚來到銅鑼灣商厦內一間西班牙菜餐廳。燈光昏沉幾浪漫,情侶來最岩feel。西班牙火腿唔試就走寶。肉質風味持別,薄而透光的火腿放入口咀嚼,感受其油香,充滿果仁味,口感細膩,香氣濃郁,配以蜜瓜帶出清香。海鮮火鍋在西班牙餐廳是第一次嚐,算是新奇。鍋底不是芝士而是蕃茄海鮮湯底。海鮮有蝦,蟹鉗,螺肉,蜆和帶子。續一放落湯底煮透,非常新鮮鮮美。最欣賞湯底帶著濃濃的蕃茄鮮香,又感受到海鮮的鮮味,食過海鮮後,用一個小玻璃杯品嚐湯底,每啖都充滿幸福。甜品的洋妹子遇上沙巴翁,名字古怪但吸引。沙巴翁原來是用糖和蛋白所造成的,綿綿的,有清香的檸檬味。洋妹子就是酥脆香口的酥皮包裹著紅苺茸的吉士忌廉,味道帶酸好開胃,果然遇上勁辣洋妺子啊!

甜品的洋妹子遇上沙巴翁,名字古怪但吸引。沙巴翁原來是用糖和蛋白所造成的,綿綿的,有清香的檸檬味。洋妹子就是酥脆香口的酥皮包裹著紅苺茸的吉士忌廉,味道帶酸好開胃,果然遇上勁辣洋妺子啊!
