To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為方便…. 同貪佢收得夜 所以選址去左 葵芳北京樓吃個便飯營業時間明明寫至晚上10:30 個晚大概8:50左右到~一坐低 餐牌都未打開 接二連三 經理 侍應就走埋泥 問叫唔叫填鴨 有半隻 唔洗等 因為有半隻比人叫左 廚房趕住收工等等😱我感覺 哩反說話聽一次就夠 唔洗輪住泥講 😓好反感之後真係好似趕收工咁 (個陣明明仲有8成枱有客) 被吹落單…. 叫左個二人餐頭盆好快上 之後就….. 差唔多8:40先有主菜 一次泥三碟中間起碼坐左半個鐘系飲茶….大概10:05左右 酒樓啲人開始執野趕收工 話10:15走得🥶 當時仲有兩枱客未食完 隔離枱啲野食仲遲過我上枱經理已經叫佢快啲爬晒枱面啲嘢食 話要收碗收筷子~ 洗碗要收工個客都有問佢 你啲嘢食擺上枱都冇15分鐘 北京樓幾時做咗快餐店?再過多5分鐘…. 經理竟然熄冷氣熄燈🙀🙀🙀我當下係呆咗, 未走禾 仲有客喎~隔籬枱都鬧經理有冇過分咗啲? 之後先開返少少燈😓😓😓 最後我好無奈咁走左…. 隔籬枱就選擇繼續坐係人都想準時收工,係人都會想早收工,未到收工時間仲有客人你就應該專業而唔係趕客因為大集團所以仲做得住,如果唔係附近冇其他食肆⋯真係唔會選擇幫襯
