To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

to editor:呢間個名其實係德昌魚蛋粉有次一點幾經過見到條龍好長, 居然係排隊食魚蛋粉,已經好驚訝.跟住打完機三點行過再見到居然仲有人排緊.心諗呢間一定要試下.今日行過有二三個人排緊,見咁少人就即管排一下.門口企向度個四眼佬態度頗串,反而入面d呀姑態度仲好d.等左一個字左右入得,諗左一輪決定要一碗魚蛋粉同一碟炸魚皮.炸魚皮真係好正,同味皇有得比,可惜凍左.魚蛋都幾好,佢唔彈牙,不過好鮮味,應該係純魚肉.而且打得幾好,冇碎骨之類既零星野影響口感.湯幾清,不知不覺飲晒.真係唔錯,唔怪得咁多人排.
