To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去鋪頭食素，準備同大家講下D真心話。先講講果個翡翠扒鮑魚，用生菜底，放上白白淨淨嘅素鮑魚，滋味夠哂鮮，添啲汁，簡直正爆！😍咕嚕猴頭菇，我即刻告訴你，呢碟喺味道上面真係得！酸甜味拌猴頭菇，肉質咬落彈牙得滾，似到豚肉都羨慕！錦繡大串燒個樣攞嚟充大佬，色彩繽紛，食嗰陣興奮得滯呀！素魚蛋同叉燒條條上陣，個人覺得呢道菜真係得個讚👍。至於個美味壽桃包，包公係度都要讚好，蓮蓉餡甜而唔膩，食落心情都好D！仲有架，服務唔錯，職員勁親切，氣氛舒服，真係令人食得開心，食得滿足。總括嚟講，呢家食肆以素食之名，提供嘅食物都算係功夫菜水平籽啊！嘿，下次再嚟，含家人一齊開開心心食個素，保證你都會讚住食！👌✨🌱
