To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 可能我就對齋菜既敏感度不足,原來而家興食凍左而且係韌既素鵝,問返個阿姐,佢答我話因為係特價而我只叫半份,要我接受,又話廚房會好不滿咁樣講,叫全份就可以熱食喇。再問個老細,佢答我係凍食既,如果我唔滿意可以炸返熱俾我。態度都唔係好既,跟住又死死氣拎返入去炸。再拎返出嚟真係熱既,不過原來唔好食。其實佢嘅嘢食好大部分都唔係熱,除咗咩煲仔既款式,個一口炸豆腐其實都係半碟暖半碟凍。唔知係咪今晚天氣凍左,件素鵝都冷親。
