呢間燒臘檔新開冇多久,禮拜日中午過來,想食飯既好舖頭又柵晒,係趕時間情況下又見呢度幾多人幫襯,估計應該幾得。坐低唔出聲阿姐已經囉定碗例湯過黎,清補涼雞腳燒豬骨,雞腳燒豬骨全部下欄野,淡湯清淡如水,可有可無。叫了碗燒肉雞飯,燒肉層皮真係脆道索索聲,而燒肉肉味唔錯但偏淡,跟永合隆相反,鍾意死咸既呢度唔會係你杯茶;切雞應該係新鮮雞,但雞種唔好,雞肉唔算濃,要的薑蓉補夠。廿皮一碗雙并,似乎單買燒肉已經夠,切雞都係唔得,總分打成平手。臨走前見到大大隻字寫正宗燒鵝皇,似乎燒鵝皇都係呢度既皇道。
