To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天后有間好出名嘅平民燒味店，朋友話一定要試吓！唔似其他當紅餐廳排晒隊，全部都係街坊熟客，仲聽到有人打電話來order。飲茶時間我叫咗個油雞燒肉米。原來我呢碗係最後一碗嘅燒肉，都未夠五點已經賣晒啲燒肉，睇嚟真係好出名喎！燒味同粉麵另上，米粉好大份，見到都覺得飽。油雞唔算特別出色，反而蔥油就有啲驚喜，最後我用晒來撈米粉食，正呀。燒肉果然係出色，皮係比其他店嘅脆，肉則非常嫰滑，一層皮、一層肥膏、一層肉，師傅切到細細嚿，一啖一粒啱啱好。米粉同湯係配角，所以質素都係一般😂下次嚟天后，都要買君御嘅燒肉返屋企加餸先得！
