To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 超喜歡打邊爐嘅我,見大家樂嘅廣告好吸引,於是拉埋阿媽同我去食。叫了兩個,一個豬骨湯底,一個辣泡菜牛肉湯底, 加多杯泰式青檸冰&山楂酸梅冰 。原本係一個豚肉,一個肥牛...不過d豚肉肥過太誇張,肥肉多過瘦肉,於是阿媽索性換咗牛肉。起碼牛肉望落肥瘦均勻。每個set 嘅份量好多,連我呢個大食人都食唔晒。有好多蔬菜,而且新鮮,唔會好係大x活嗰d已變黑。有冬菇豬肉丸、蝦滑、烏冬、粟米、鮮冬菇、魚腐、金菇。全部配料都好新鮮。冬菇豬肉丸屬手打嗰隻,不過唔彈牙,但好多冬菇粒,好食。蝦滑真係真材實料,勁多蝦,好爽口。烏冬雖然唔係咩高級貨,但係作為邊爐的結尾是不錯的,吸晒湯底嘅精華!仲要係成個烏冬咁上,所以多到食唔晒。個爐又好猛喎,由頭滾到尾,即使加野落去煮都仲不停滾!不過呢間大家樂太細,坐得好迫。食邊爐,起碼2人坐四人枱先夠擺野。不過呢間野細,又多人,所以都要4人迫埋一張枱。通道又窄,好易撞親。
