今日又出動去紅磡搵食~ 呢間餐廳主打平民漢堡,最平$48就有交易! 我地嗰日下晝黎到,就見店員喺店同食客講解有咩推薦~ 最後聽完介紹我同朋友就決定叫兩個漢堡,一熱狗同小食~黃金漢堡:黃金漢堡嘅賣點係佢哋用左自家咸蛋黃醬,咸蛋黃味道未算好濃,但有起沙感,兩者加埋幾夾,令人一食上癮!皇牌鵝肝漢堡:叫得皇牌我勁期待!出黎都總算無令我失望,佢哋嘅鵝肝真材實料,煎完出嚟都係超厚身,口感軟嫩,油脂滿滿,再加埋安格斯嘅牛肉漢堡,充滿肉汁,牛味極濃,令到漢堡嘅口感味道都昇華不少~~~~芝士辣肉醬熱狗:辣肉醬好惹味,加埋表面灑滿芝士,味道變得更加豐富~唐揚魷魚配秘製辣香草茄汁:呢度廚師係嚟自洲際酒店嘅日式餐廳,所以佢啲醬汁都係自家製,同埋唐揚算係佢本身嘅拿手好戲,果然魷魚即叫即整,魷魚外面卜卜脆,咬落彈牙兼爽口,加埋辣辣地嘅醬汁,變得更加惹味。

黃金漢堡:黃金漢堡嘅賣點係佢哋用左自家咸蛋黃醬,咸蛋黃味道未算好濃,但有起沙感,兩者加埋幾夾,令人一食上癮!

皇牌鵝肝漢堡:叫得皇牌我勁期待!出黎都總算無令我失望,佢哋嘅鵝肝真材實料,煎完出嚟都係超厚身,口感軟嫩,油脂滿滿,再加埋安格斯嘅牛肉漢堡,充滿肉汁,牛味極濃,令到漢堡嘅口感味道都昇華不少~~~~
