去尖沙咀修甲夜咗食飯,心血來潮想食串燒,不過去開另外一間相熟師傅放假,唯有上嚟OpenRice覓食,又比我哋見到呢間用炭火燒,仲要9:15pm 入座有七折,就試吓啦。入座之後,可能得一位服務員啦,唔算好殷勤,不過都親自知道我哋肚餓都好快手幫我哋落單。話咁快就俾咗杯白啤同 Whisky highball. 串燒師傅又係好合作,聽到我哋話肚餓即刻就二話不說走入去吹大把風扇🪭,啲火花幾勁 🔥手羽中 $48食到有炭火味外脆內Juicy,咸道適中雞頸肉 冇睇價錢雖然有炭火味,但係略嫌燒得過咗,太乾睇到時日 Menu 有燒馬友 師傅話唔算好大條應該食得晒,咁就試吓啦燒馬友 $148燒得啱啱好,唔算好鹹,外皮香脆,魚肉都滑不過可能生意唔算好好,條魚唔係好新鮮配柚子醋,不過夠味冇點過豚肉椎茸卷 $38幾有驚喜,推介和牛壽喜燒京蔥卷 $58好有炭火香味,主要都唔係食牛肉嘅,用和牛包住嘅京蔥就好香好Juicy,推介雞胸骨 冇睇價錢不過不失 翠玉瓜 $28 普普通通啦汁燒雞肝 $43燒汁調味唔錯,炭火香味亦恰到好處失敗在於雞肝應該係 Frozen 嘅日本青椒仔 $28炭火燒出嚟嘅,真係冇得輸好想再點多一串,

呢件飯團應該係全晚最有驚喜嘅,驚喜在於塊紫菜
可能因為旁邊有 omakase 既原因,塊紫菜係非常高質,完全唔係一般居酒屋用嘅普通紫菜質素
可惜當晩 omakase 師傅係放假嘅,咁唯有下次啦

廚師有誠意,如果食材方面可以用多啲新鮮嘅雞肉,就真係會配得上用炭燒,唔好嘥咗個咁靚嘅炭火
服務都算親切,離開嘅時候仲有幫我哋開門喎
作為一間串燒店,食完竟然冇成身燒烤味,抽風系統做得咁好,真係要加分。
