To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 開咗成朝會😌 小秘書終於可以落街透透氣,好想飲杯凍嘢醒吓神🤯 喺太古坊同海光街、海灣街之間,街頭巷尾都有唔少咖啡店/茶餐廳/台式飲品...,好多不同選擇。不過要真正守得住間舖就無幾多間,事關呢頭嘅生意模式同出邊好唔同,除咗星期一至五嘅朝早/午餐時段人流比較多,收咗工六點半後都唔使旨意有晚市,所以中午時段必定要好好好生意先為到皮!「茶湯會」似乎捉到附近街坊同打工仔嘅口味,門口長期排滿人嘅小店,除咁佢... 都無乜邊間做到👍🏻小秘書今日揀咗「凍紅豆拿鐵」,紅豆煲到起沙又仍然保持粒狀,「拿鐵」味雖然唔夠突出,不過配埋紅豆同啲鮮奶又起到相當唔錯嘅化學作用👍🏻👍🏻 真係抵佢咁好生意!
