To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天午餐吃多了，決定吃一個輕晚餐，少鹽少糖無味精的餃子店絕對是一個好選擇囍八方上環店紅噹噹招牌的招牌感覺新潮，店中沿用紅窗木桌等古風原素，再以輕金屬點綴骨膠原鮮魚湯鮮蝦菠菜餃皮薄足料，蝦大大隻十分彈牙！湯色奶白，魚味濃香煎粟米香菇鮮豬肉餃香香脆脆，外焦裡嫩餃子全部均是手工製作，配上自家製辣菜譜及上海米醋，味道更上一層樓蟲草花鴨腿湯飯跟一碟蠔油時菜！湯頭清甜，送飯一流以電解還原水製的囍八方冷泡茶不單香純，還可以大大清了口中的味道樽仔奶茶自家拉調，茶味濃郁又夠滑
