To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在中上環一帶鬧市中寧靜而清幽的地方，截然不同，在中上環返工嘅朋友，如果想暫時遠離煩惱，可到這家素食Cafe坐一下，吃一件Bagel。

今次試左Cheese and Japanese Hojicha Bagel 🥯，Vegan Chocolate cake，Vegan Chocolate and Matcha cake (served in cup), and Mint Lime Soda 🥤

Cheese Bagel 好足料，除咗Bagel面有多於一種Cheese，內餡亦有Cheese，令整個Bagel 很鬆軟。表層的不同種類的芝士mix起來味道非常的夾，能吃到芝士的鹹香味。另外Hojicha Bagel 有非常濃郁的茶味，店家用上小山圓抹茶，岩哂喜歡喝茶的朋友，Hojicha Bagel 的口感較Cheese Bagel硬身，兩種Bagel 的口感各有特色，建議一試。
