放大假第一日緊係訓到自然醒,之後帶媽咪出黎食好野,媽咪話未試過risotto,一食緊係要食正宗啲啦。特地黎到Attic homemade pasta, 叫左個5 courses dinner set 加個廣島蠔味增醬意大利飯。入坐後待應好快就上左餐包俾我哋,雖然睇落長條形包好似好硬咁,但原來係類似法包既外脆內軟,可以抹上牛油,就咁食凸出麵粉香。媽咪就更加中意食蕃茄乾餐包,微酸之下細嚼出甜味。前菜揀左特別既日式醬油漬溏心蛋黃多士,表面搽左層黑松露意大利軟芝士,中間有幾點法蔥魚子醬作點綴,有畫龍點晴既作用。因為漬蛋黃關係,口感比起任何吐司抹醬更厚身,濃郁蛋黃香。是日餐湯為蕃茄濃湯,偏酸味道剛好中和前菜的厚重。Pasta 揀左松露雜菌手打意粉,口感超正久違的al dente,菇菌鮮甜,份量亦都剛好。Main course 係法國釀無骨春雞,啖啖肉帶有微妙羊肚菌香,伴菜既紅椒好清甜👍廣島蠔味增醬意大利飯係重點中既重點,兩粒香煎焦糖金蠔處理得恰到好處,表面脆脆地蠔肉鮮味爆發,同加左獅蚶肉既意大利飯相輔相成,值得一提,飯既口感係剛好少少硬身,正宗的口感。Dessert 係伯爵茶意式奶凍,唔會過甜,

Dessert 係伯爵茶意式奶凍,唔會過甜,茶味出眾奶油甘香,口感順滑。

讚一讚所以食物都用預熱左既餐碟盛載,唔驚野食好快攤凍。
