To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

吃了個蒸包作早餐，還未夠飽，經過此店，見有中式糕點，於是買了一件作為早餐的下半部份。豆沙蒝荽餅($4)：體積細小，外皮通透，帶點煙靭，但略為實了一點，口感好像不及水晶角或糯米糍。豆沙餡較稀，欠缺紅豆的口感和香味，紅豆味不夠，幸好不算太甜太膩。價錢不廉宜，味道一般，不會刻意來再來這裡光顧。
