To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 農曆新年剛過,很多餐廳尚未啟巿,於是來了這裏,發現有一款新的下午茶餐──黑松露芝士多士,於是決定一試。  過去在快餐店吃多士,服務員一般都會把麵包的皮去掉,其實我很喜歡吃麵包皮,那些皮切去後多士頓時縮小了,而且也很浪費呢,所以我常常都想,下次請他們不要去皮,但常常就是忘了。  到了店員叫號碼時,我看到精緻小巧的多士,才又記起忘了請他們別去皮。多士扁扁小小的,咬下去試一口,因為多士還熱,芝士稍為溶化了,多士芝士交融,很好吃,但因為黑松露本身的味道比較淡,有點兒腥悶的感覺,而芝士亦比較膩,所以這個配搭並不討好,如果能有一片蕃茄或青瓜帶來一點水份和鮮味,整體口感則會更佳。最值得欣賞的是多士夠熱夠新鮮。奶茶也是。  不過,在快餐店用$25買來的一頓下午茶,實在不能過份要求的吧。
