To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

元朗嘅小曼谷，個格局同茶餐廳一樣，但絕對有驚喜。Weekend周圍都多人，我哋五個人係門口等左半個鐘左右就有位。跟餐配嘅鳯爪，調味好正，辣度剛好。散叫的蝦餅小食，同尋常蝦餅唔同，佢唔係個種好彈牙嘅質地，食落都幾特別，我個人係覺得幾好食嘅。青咖哩好開胃，送飯一流，不過唔食得辣嘅話就最好不了。跟餐串燒，不過不失。個酥餅超級鬆脆，一定要熱辣辣食，配埋黃咖哩食超級惹味，絕對要試！船麪最緊要就係個湯底，我覺得小曼谷嘅船麪湯底真係有泰國風味。個海南雞略嫌乾身，好彩個湯底搭救。餐廳待應叔叔好風趣，想係元朗食泰國絕對值得一試。
