周五我與友人到香港大學校友會晚飯,,此湯水很花功夫,洗豬肺工夫多。此湯有潤肺功效,在秋天飲最合適。此湯果然足料,有火喉,一窩有四碗。春夏時間最合宜吃子𦍑,所以此餐廳推出子𦍑菠蘿系列,我們點了子蘿咕嚕肉,肉排多肉多汁,外脆肉嫩。但如果他們如果用新鮮菠蘿更佳,而子𦍑味道不足。還有一道懷舊菜蝦子柚皮,柚皮清香,蝦子惹味。最後是南乳齋煲,味道適宜。
