To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嚟咗長洲咁多次,終於有機會試吓呢間野整體來講都算叫做叫咗幾多嘢食嘅鹹豬手來講其實算係幾好味,啲皮都幾脆,但係肥肉真係比較多,同埋同個汁唔係太夾牛扒來講其實佢本身個牛扒係幾香嘅,加咗少少鹽落去煎其實幾好味嘅,就算唔加醬汁都幾好味,但係我本身嗌五成熟,佢嚟嘅差不多等於三成,我本人就唔介意嘅,但係我同枱嘅另外一個就食唔到噤生啦再叫多咗個白酒煮青口,青口算係新鮮,個白酒忌廉汁都煮得幾好味,仲有機會去嘅話都會再食另外叫咗個蝦餅,煎得幾脆,但係又唔會好油膩,做小食嘅話係幾唔錯嘅,份量都算幾足嘅,如果兩個人加杯啤酒嘅話都可以係一個幾好嘅下午茶叫咗支啤酒,好甜,又叫咗個Cocktail,都係好甜,最後叫咗個柚子蛋糕,蛋糕偏細件嘅,但係個柚子味就好出,都算係幾好味嘅

再叫多咗個白酒煮青口,青口算係新鮮,個白酒忌廉汁都煮得幾好味,仲有機會去嘅話都會再食
