To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早前和友人提起這間曾風靡一時的明星食店，發覺我原來還未有機會一試！最近行經附近，加上非peak hour，好吧，就試試佢！花之戀：是必點食物！雖然索價比一般店貴，但我覺得值得，而且它不愧為鎮店食品～ 飯量是一般連鎖壽司店花之戀的2-3倍，足足四大塊三文魚圍著，蟹子和沙律醬也多，總之啖啖滿足，正！炸多春魚：size 大，不過粉比較厚，好在夠味，新鮮炸起，算OK 吧。香橙牛仔骨：橙是伴碟，牛仔骨零橙味。比較油，肉算腍但不離骨。和「日式」沒大關係，像港式茶記小菜。另外叫了加太賀特色冷麵，沒拍照。雖然只叫了少份量，但二人來說非常足夠。有大量魚生、八爪魚、魷魚圈、蟹子、青瓜絲、蛋絲⋯ 飽～
