每次行過都只見到佢裝修中,終於今次見到佢開啦!秒入去試~聽講羅宋湯係俄羅斯人發明,流傳到多國,黎到香港嘅時候已經係兩款截然不同嘅湯...!所以真係抱住一個想試下羅宋湯原味嘅諗法入嚟食飯! 點知入到嚟嘅時候,發現原來佢係賣上海派嘅羅宋湯,海派羅宋湯一樣些少辣,同香港嘅羅宋湯偏酸偏甜唔太同~今次叫左“ 紅菜頭湯(豬髀肉)+香煎薄牛扒脆豬仔包” &“ 海派牛腩羅宋湯(配烏冬)+汁燒豬脾肉” 我都唔知點解我覺得紅菜頭湯係酸,可能因為係紅色,飲落真係好甜,係菜嘅鮮甜味! 紅菜頭湯除咗浸住兩塊豬脾肉之外,當然有紅菜頭條仲有薯仔!飲完都飽~脆豬仔包真係好脆,薄牛扒有少少韌,要畀啲力先可以扯開佢!海派牛腩羅宋湯有少少辣,湯料都似港式嘅羅宋湯有紅蘿蔔有洋蔥有薯仔,少少辣好開胃,配埋烏冬食飽個身會暖笠笠!整體好食,因為之前都冇羅宋湯專門店既餐廳,感覺都幾特別
