To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為聯和墟有太多好嘢食，為咗可以經多次，食多次，今次又去咗北區，帶大胃之母睇吓坪輋嘅壁畫村，打完卡就嚟呢頭食返個飯以往大胃都係嗌開生牛湯河，不過大胃之母唔係好食得牛，於是嗌咗個豬頸肉湯河呢碗豬頸肉唔太肥膩，煎到外皮脆脆地，湯河唔會好油淋淋，河粉大塊啲，食落係另一番滋味原本想嗌海南雞嘅，買晒喎，唔緊要啦，越式咖喱一樣過到癮，好有椰汁味，中和返嗰一點辣味，牛腩炆得好腍，薯仔都係唔會硬，唔係好食薯仔嘅大胃都食清光杯梳打堅用薄荷葉沖出嚟，而唔係用糖漿，感覺清新自然好多荔枝冰含有大量大大粒荔枝肉，既解渴且滿足呢段日子喺北區食餐飯，唔知點解會特別寫意
