文華廳即將進行大裝修, 2021年頭才會重開,今日同一眾好友過嚟飲茶,重溫一下這間米芝蓮中菜廳的名菜以及裝潢。木雕窗框配粉紅枱布,彷彿見證着文華廳的成長,黃師傅為我們準備了一些懷舊小食,戈渣及鴨腳包都是心機之作。首嚐川味蓮霧,這香辣小食非常惹味,與清爽的蓮霧非常匹配。艇家魚湯非常真材實料,魚湯還用了鮑魚及螺片提鮮;黃師傅的薑茶奶凍認真夠薑,是百吃不厭的甜品。最後的飯後甜點觸發了不可收拾的瘋狂拍照局面,棋盤上的菠蘿酥以及紫薯酥造型維肖維妙,味道亦上佳。非常吸睛的雀籠裏面放了蓮蓉酥以及合桃酥,餅皮做得非常鬆化,甜度亦適中。裝修前的最後營業日為7月31日,重開後的文華廳感覺應該會與現在的古色古鄉有所不同,而且餐廳面積亦會擴大。想來懷緬一下的朋友,也要提早預訂,booking都好full吓....
