To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近去荃灣海之戀探朋友，終於有機會試下牛角包出晒名既品穀，呢度設有開放式工場，可以直接望到新鮮麵包製作過程，今次就買左招牌經典牛角包、抹茶紅豆麻糬Bagel。經典牛角包 ($24) 未係熱辣辣岩岩新鮮出爐嗰隻，但保持到表面香脆的口感，咬開就見到好似蜂巢形狀的Layers，非常軟熟，就算夜啲再焗返黎食都keep到外脆內軟。抹茶紅豆麻糬Bagel ($24) 口感煙韌，抹茶味香濃帶點苦澀，配埋甜甜地的紅豆同麻糬都幾襯。
